Thermal Paste on C2D with BT

I have Arctic Silver 3 and BT and I'm wondering which thermal paste is better to use on the C2D.
I would assume AS3 is better overall, but since C2D has larger and more uneven area, maybe a thicker thermal paste that comes with BT is a better option.

I don't think it going to make enough of a difference ... i would just use the AS3 .. should be just fine.
