Which of those two memories is better?

Hello.

I ordered a E6400 CPU with DFI 975X/G MB. All I dont have is a memory.
I have a budget of 230$ to spend on a 2GB memory kit.

I have this two memories in mind:

1. 2 GB (2 pcs 1GB) DDR2 (800) PC2-6400 OCZ Platinum Rev 2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)


2. 2 GB (2 pcs 1GB) DDR2 (800) PC2-6400 Patriot (PDC22G6400LLK)

Which of this two is the better one? And which of them is using a D9 chips (It was realy hard to find an answer in the sticky:D )?

Also, do they fully compatible with the DFI 975X/G?
