I need advice of good 60mm with around 25dB (could deal with up to 28dB if it's a good amount CFM) that I need to cool down the PWMIC temp with.

Now that's a great deal (Wonder how much profit if any they make out of such deals). Too bad I live in Finland so I won't buy a 60mm fan from US. I've looked at a similiar specced 28dB 3200rpm and 21CFM Y.S tech fan but prices here on fans are a lot higher... You barely find any below 10 euro but this one is like 11€ so not too expensive.

Also found some Titan alu fan specced 28dB 4500rpm 24CFM...

Thats why I linked him to shop in Uk selling them as he dont want to get from USA as he is in Finland :)

Lots of peeps slate Silenx for false specs, all I can say is if your happy with noise level and air flow from any fan ignore the specs cause I bet none are true.

Thx for the link but I won't order only a 60mm fan outside my own country unless I also can find a suitable NB cooler meaning TITAN TTC-CUV2AB / LD2 or Evercool VC-RE from same site and shipping cost reasonable low.

There's maybe one site in Finland that has SilenX fans but there's this site that has a Titan TTC-CUV2AB / LD2 cooler + Titan Aluminium 60x60x25 4500rpm 28dB 24CFM which seems like a good combo, would take me like 2 - 3 days instead of maybe 5 days from UK.

You dont need active Chipset cooling on even a hot DFI even if OC'd many used the taller blue Zalman but it interfers with SLI (if you run 2 cards) so some mod it but here is new solution for you. :)

Well I'd rather want 40C load or below temps and I doubt I'd get that with passive cooling without any fans as the 6800GT hovers just a couple of mm over the place and gets 67C (everest) and 72C nvidia cpanel or so loaded with VF700-CU. I tried placing it in the other slot and got somewhat noticable lower scores so I want to run the gfx card in the 1st slot. Anyways I want active cooling as long as it's not on a Delta lvl noise cooler. With this DFI chipset cooler I have 44 - 48C with even a 92mm cooler blowing towards it which helps 9 - 10C. But it has started to have some extra noise when rebooting and spinning up to max speed which isn't a good sign and therefore I'm also gonna change that cooler. :)

I dunno but I never liked passive cooling... fans are for me.

Passive may have been the past for CPU's and GPU's which now use fans (well most tops models, still you can get passive) but chipsets are the opposite, remember the 1st DDR amd mobos in 2001 with crap little loud fans that failed, then the next lot of mobos were cooled by the famous tall silver alu heatsink fitted with pink bubblegum  , well I would say these small fans are still loud and prone to failing, if I can run a NF2 at 500FSb with passive and peeps can OC the HT(FSB) to over 600 on NF4 without fans there is nothing wrong with passive if you got airflow through case.
