Can someone help me with micron d9 on a ds3? ram timings..

These are my current timings, good for 400mhz.

But i want more.. any ideas?

They are just alright. I would shoot for 3-3-3-8 @ 400MHz. 400-500MHz 4-4-4-4 should be reachable .....
