Is TeamGroup Xtreme some of the best?
I have a DS3 and E6400 arriving tommorow...I want good ram for OCing and for increased FSB etc. I've been looking at the 667 Team ram with lower timing and the 800 ram with slightly higher timing.
800-http://www.tankguys.biz/ddr2-44410-800mhz-p-1645.html?osCsid=7f3d8bdbe52dc027e952b9fdf1417d4a
667-http://www.tankguys.biz/ddr2-3338-p-1676.html?osCsid=7f3d8bdbe52dc027e952b9fdf1417d4a
Either of these should work in the DS3, correct?
And is 800 worth the extra 50$? I would only really get the 800 if the performance is not only better but it allows CPU to OC better as well? I am making sense?
The other ram I was considering was a 675 Corsair- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820145015
What to do...I initially wanted to spend around 200$ not much more...but if getting the more expensive TeamGroup is well worth it, I might just go with that since I plan on using it for at least 3-4 years.
