Purpose is to get guaranteedly relative fast but not Super-Hyper-Premium priced memories which would have also overclocking capacity.
Amount of intended overclocking would be what can be achieved relatively easily without going into extreme tweaking and bigger voltage increases so memory being easily overclockable would be important. (case is Coolermaster Stacker and I intend to get crossflow fan so memories should get some flow of fresh air)

Processor will be Conroe E6600 and Asus P5W DH Deluxe is propable motherboard because it seems to be only one having features I need... or one with required features and available.

If cheaper memory can quite surely perform/overclock similarly than more expensive one that would be always plus for that contender.
But in case of small price difference and expensive one being faster more surely I'll take more expensive one.

Also Corsair's TWIN2X2048-6400 and TWIN2X2048-6400C4PRO fit into same price range but apparently those might be worser than 6400C4. (and availability of all these Corsairs is quite bad)

Where did you geet these prices? From few Finnish and German shops.
(that's why order of data varies somewhat)

Well, I guess that as long as memories use some of Micron D9-serie chips they shouldn't be bad choise.
Looks like some of these options might be off because I don't want go through hassle of buying every component from different shop... also delivery costs from Germany would be 25EUR which would be quite much just for memory kit.

Finnish shop which has PSU I'm intending to get and Conroe motherboards with right features has OCZ 7200's (basing to two reviews those have overclocked very well and are with D9GKX chips) with price little over that cheapest price I put to list.
Shop also lists OCZ PC2-6400 Platinum Rev.2 XTC Edition 2GB Kit (CL4) 4-5-4-15 kit for cheaper price but I wonder what chips those use, also those aren't in stock currently and there's already enough of waiting in availability of Conroe.

Well, that Corsair 6400C4 would be now 251EUR in one shop (which has also Thermalright SI-128 cooler, and cheaper price for PSU) if I'll split purchase of components between three shops.

Motherboard will be either Asus P5W DH Deluxe or MSI 975X Platinum PowerUp Edition so if there's known problems with them and certain memories I would appreciate information.

TG's are a tad pricier and higher latencies... I 3rd it after the G.Skills. Micron baby!

Even though I believe the TG are also, no?
