In September Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter was to be offered as a freebie with the purchase on an Intel motherboard and ATI video card. The slide clearly now shows that Intel’s marketing will go on without ATI

Sounds like Intel is having PMS

nn, easy on the negative Intel slant. Not sure who took their toys home before the party. At least the game is still being available to buyers of that promo.

Would be cool if Ati were to offer the game with their cards as well, that would leave Intel with nothing to say and be better for all of us :D

Also: Hi Fugger, long time no see... since the introduction of A64 you've been real quietlike.

I call fake. Why would intel use a strikeout instead of actually deleting the text?

The strikeout emphasises the change, and this type of material would only be going out to retailers, so we, as members of the general public shouldn't really be seeing it. Why would intel want to help ATi gain extra sales? At least intel kept the promotion, so that ITS customers can still benefit, whatever graphics card they now choose.

Expect a similar 'added value' deal with g80 and i975 when sli on intel chipsets is confirmed...

maybe its real? but the promo guys are cheap, and they used Paint shop to do the editing.

yeah, the strike out emphasises change... If you delete it, who knew it was there, and I bet you they are trying to make a statement...
