Hey all, well I've decided to finally join a Folding Team. I've been Doing Seti for awhile, but that got old, so its time to Fold :) I joined the Xtreme team and installed the 3.0 client, wh00t!

Anyways, what performance tips do you have for me? With Seti there was SETI spy, SETI driver, etc. Anything like that for Folding? Or any performance tips within the default client?

Welcome to the team, glad you joined us. They say the console version is faster. Thats what they say anyway. Try it out. And again welcome.

I noticed a definite gain in speed when I switched from the GUI to the Text Only Console version. That was with version 2.19. Version 3.0 is supposed to be faster yet, but I have not done any testing to verify this.
