I plan build 2 waterblock EK, but actually i use 2 systems of watercooling but the one i have for the GPU's come from 1 A cooling ( Eheim 1048 pump station with tank + waterblock Innovatek coolmatic @ 2 Rads.), This one give me good results with the X1900XTX depending of the Temp of Room for refresh the water.. ( 26-27°C ->33°C max in idle the summer.)

But the tubing used is 10mm ( int.), so is the EK will work fine with this type of tubing or the best performance is with large tubing size?

3/8" at least IMO. I think EK blocks are made w/ "big bore" in mind.

@lane: 3/8" isn't going to help you much, it's not really much different from what you're using (your Innovatek tubing has 7mm ID, 3/8" ~ 8mm).
I'd go for 7/16", switching to a better pump when doing so.

More important to get rid of those goddamn 90-degree barbs, in truth.

What radical and (especially) creidiki said.
