I've ordered this motherboard as well a pair of OCZ 1024MB PC2 6400 EL Gold
memory sticks.
I've read that P5W HD not going too well with OCZ memory.
Has anyone here installed this kind of memory on this motherboard and what is his experience.
Thanks in advance.

It works fine with my Platinum 6400 EL. I just had to only use one stick for initial post. Then I set SPD and it was fine.

Dave,
Did confronted any problems during installation, I mean you put both sticks and it POSTed OK ?
Do you have Conroe CPU ? If yes, how did you overcame the problem of incompatibility with BIOS version supplied with the new board.
Thanks.

Couldn't boot up with a 2x1GB Platinum PC2-8000 sticks, the 2x1GB Platinum PC2-6400 worked fine. RMA'd the 8000, new set works great. Factory BIOS was 0502, now running 0701. System specs are in the sig.

No problems. I used both sticks and they POST'd fine. Original BIOS was 0401 and my CPU is a 930 until my Conroe arrives. I'm now at BIOS rev 0801.
