DFI S775 975X/G Infinity vs Gigabyte S775 GA-965P-DS3

im debating between these two motherboards as they are similar prices, im going to be getting an E6300 and im wondering what motherboard would be the better choice thanks

GIGABYTE of course.

And also support by GIGABYTE can't even be compared to that other choice. DFI is a poor choice IMO.

if you don't want CF or SLi, I vote DS3 too

for allendale (E6400, 6300) u need 965 baord, and DS3 is like the best right now

for conroe (E6600 or above) get i975 chipset baord, and hope that it will OC well....

which is why i ma play with DS3 + E6400 or 6600 and wait for SLI / RD600 board
