Good 1Gig kit for conroe

Hey guys i just wanted to know what the best 1gig kit of ram was for OCing with a conroe, using a Gigabyte 965-DQ6 mobo?

in my opinion 1 gig is just not enough anymore..I would at least get a 2 x 1 gig set and make sure it's at least DDR2 800
