I don't know of how it performs but I don't like the look of the thing and they have sacrificed performance for aesthetics. :toast:

I'm 95% sure that titan vanessa L isn't nearly as good as the typhoon, tuniq, or ninja...mainly becuase no one ever talks about it, and secondly I'm pretty sure I've seen a few reviews where it was getting the life beaten out of it.

It has very good cooling but:
1. It is a brand most aren't familiar with so it's not popular.
2. Very few places sell it.
3. The fan is noisy compared to the Scythe and Tuniq.
4. Feminine styling probably won't apeal to most guys.

Those are the reasons it's not talked about much. It has very good cooling but is unpopular and inferior in other ways.

P.S. I like the style but looks ugly when you stick a fan on it.

Air coolers are very system dependent. They will work somewhat different in different cases with different cpu's etc.

Exactly... Coolers with wider fin-spacing would not do as well in my system due to the very high (200CFM throughput) air-flow and pressure that would favour a tighter fin-spacing.

OTOH, a low fin density would be better you lot that like low-noise.

it depends on your system

so whats the best with open case? and i dont care about noise as i am doing that with bigtyphoon + 110CFM fan, a Extreme spirit 2 on NB, 1 80CFM fan between CPU heatsink and GPu, and one 80mm fan blowing RAM ...
