i just installed my x1900xt, and i was looking around in the settings and i want to know if this is normal, does this have anything to do with the core speed (625mhz) and the memory speed (1450mhz) ??

mine shows exactly like that too...

yes that is fine the lower values are what the card is in 2d mode and the 621 and 720 is in 3d mode so when you go into a 3d app it ups the voltage and the clocks to the 621 /720 and when in normal 2d downclocks to the lower values you see
