Any help, changes, suggestions etc. Will gladly be taken into consideration. Yes I will be waiting until the DX10 cards arrive to do the build (read: waiting on money), so I know all these items may be replaced by better versions/cheaper. I do plan on overclocking it as far as it will go inside the case and not on a bench station, I am a newbie to it all so any help in that regards will be appreciated also. This is my first full computer build.

Hey, check out your case at newegg. You can get a Stacker ST-01, which I'm ordering today, or the Thermaltake Armor for only $115! Rebate ends the 31st. Buy quick.

Hmmm none of your links work. The Stacker and The TT armor are the same price @ newegg.

Links work fine for me, thanks for telling me about the sales but I have to wait until I get the money in to buy anything which will be around september.

The fans in the case won't need replacing for higher airflow? The floppy is really needed even though it is almost never used in this day and age? I am planning on clocking it close to 4 ghz if that can be stable and not die inside a case. I would have gone water cooling but I am too new to try with my main system. I will probably a few months later build a cheaper secondary system to try things out on. I will buy the items before vista and will install XP until vista arrives.

If the DFI is coming out somewhere near Q4 06, you might want to use that board (DFI usually makes good mobos). I dont know if you want to be a tester for Vista (meaning it'll probably have a lot of bugs if/when it comes out). About the fans, I cant tell how many are in the front of the case (looks like only 1) but the key to everything is make sure its balanced (ie air coming in = air going out) The side fan puts 25cm into the case, so a good front fan will be needed, and you could have two slower, quiter fans in the back (keep in mind the PSU has a fan also). Other than that, it should be one heck of a rig. (these are only my opinions).
