Looks good. No problems.
I'd go for the E6700, but it's your call.
alrite thanks!
btw there seems to be two kinds of g.skill ddr2 pc2 6400 ram. one for intel platform and the other for every kind of ddr2 board.
this one is compatible with the p5b board right?

If you're going for E6700 and ocing...get a better psu.
Enermax Liberty/Tagan U22/Tagan U15/Silverstone ST50EF should be in the same price range.

It's an excellent PSU. Go for it if you have the dough. Highly recommended.

Those psu's are ok but Antec Neo HE and Seasonic S12 are better in terms of noise and effiency. Fortron units like the OCZ Gamexstream/Fortron Epsilon are good too but not as silent as the Antec Neo HE or the Seasonic S12. I would change these things to the setup:
Psu: Antec Neo HE 380w/430w/500w/550w. Even the the 'weakest' 380w model can handel A64 FX62 & X1900XT Crossfire setup so these are pretty powerful psu's.
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3, Capable of +400MHz fsb and price same as the Asus or cheaper.
Other parts are good.

If you are getting the G.skill ram go for the HZ's, they can overclock well in the future when you decide on that.

You won't need the 700W Gamexstream...grab the 600W one from Monarch for $120.

get a x1900xt instead of the 7900gt and keep the 6400, since the gpu will make more of a difference than the cpu.
