Well I was looking at buying some memory and was wondering what the difference is between these would be? I am not looking to overclock the memory and might overclock my future E6300($209)-E6400($244), maybe to E6600 speeds. My motherboard might be a Gigabyte DS3($155), while I already have a x1900xt. I am not willing to spend more than $180 for ram since mobo, ram and cpu are on a budget of $550-$600. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is the memory.
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Perkam's Tip #231 On Picking Good Memory :p:

Easiest way to decide which memory to take for slight OCs is to look for voltage required...the ram with the lower voltage requirement will end up more stable and will require less volts for the mild oc :)

From that logic, your best bet would be: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227030 :)
