Just want to know the positives and negatives of watercooling over air.

It's harder to set up than air, it costs more and require a bit of maintenance. It's not easy to go to lan party with your comp, but it's doable. Even with those drawbacks, wc rulez

So how would you recommend transporting a PC with WC?

Do some push ups :). The case will become heavier than with air due to the weight of the block, heatercore and of the water. And you should make sure everything is well tied (heatercore, pump, ...). Also don't use a res, or you might have a leak and be carefull while moving the case
