Does anybody have any experience with this RAM?

I plan on building a new rig with the following:

ASUS P5WD2 (or -E)
Pentium D 805 or 820
Antec TruePower 550W
Noctua NH-U 12

Would this PQI RAM hold me back in getting to/above 4GHz with an 805/820? I really only have $100'ish to spend on RAM, so if these sticks aren't good enough, I'll have to just get 2x512MB. Which I was thinking about getting these:

People complain about getting dead sticks, I didn't and you should have no problem hitting 4ghz+.
