Any word on whether this board is OC'able?

At $139, it's the only thing left to wonder about.

this is a good sign that most 965 boards will actually be under $200 or 150, now to see how they perform.

Great find. I've been waiting for this board.

Whoa, "image coming soon." You must have found this guy pretty early on.

if it can be modded like the Bad Axe, it's a nice/cheap mobo :)

Don't jump on this board too fast! Intel just released the following pdf:

http://intel.pcnalert.com/content/eolpcn/PCN106540-00.pdf

As of 07/21/2006, rev 205 will be available. Will probably take some time to filter into retailers / e-tailers depending on how many rev 204 boards are stock piled.

"Description of Change to the Customer:
1. Updated BIOS version 784.
2. Improves performance of system when using a Conroe Processor."

Edit: The P965 chipset is also going to have a stepping change:

Available 09/09/2006, C-2 stepping.
