Actual Conroe Temps

I've been a bit busy lately but curious as to actual temperatures people are getting with their Conroes. I've heard temperature monitoring on the Bad Axe is...well...lacking, but if people have an idea of temps that would help me.

What I would like to know is:

#1. Stock temperatures

#2. How temperature scales with overclock.
