Looks good mate. Is it a stepper design ?
What is the mounting system and also what is that alu (?) cylinder for ?

Correct me if I am wrong.
#1. Evap size looks about Kayl's? Stepper too?
#2. the aluminum piece looks like hold down... now... i am not sure why on using aluminum... other than for looks... only to have to insulate it :P

yes the evap is a stepper disign and the alu cilinder is for mounting system.
so i try to make next time te make the mounting system to make with nylon.

Could you show more pictures so we can see the notches in the steps? Could you show a picture of evap assembled with the mounting device installed?
Will the nylon ring be used to bolt the evap to motherboard. Is the ring big enough for different types of motherboards?

so this is a proto but the next ring is bigger round 90 mm that is good for all motherboards.

I can see a gap between the evap and the outer wall, are you sure that the gas will not take that way instead of the designed?
