View Full Version : can't publish 01 scores
I've published scores with the same pc before but now I can't.
I get a link to this (http://service.futuremark.com/orb/publish_faq.jsp#cannotpublish) by the score.
When I go to the 01 program, it says the cpu is unknown. Anyone know what's wrong?

It's been like this since monday ... it's a step forward, last week you couldn't even submit the score :).

Futuremark did some upgrades on their ORB servers ..the 3dmark 2001 one did not have the upgrade done ( I guess 2001 is slipping more and more from their minds ! ) and so it was done retrospectively. However the fix seems to have worked only partially, maybe the software is older on that server, and so we are in this current state.
I hate to say this but if they cannot fix it easily I think they might be tempted to call it a day and use that as a reason to pull the server completely. Why spend money and time on a none revenue producing item ?
I think this might be the start of the end guys .. hope I am wrong

Issue has been brought up here (http://www.futuremark.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9845), last they responded, they thought it was fixed...
