Ok. I might be in the dark here. But I am reading and getting mixed results for this question.

IS Qual SLI Available right now if I used my current XTX 570mhz 7950GTX Nvidia card?

I have been reading that the drivers are not out, but then I look and people are syaing they are running QUAD SLI! if that is the case. I am buying another RIGHT NOW!

I am running the sytem below in my sig.

Quad SLI...when you absolutely need 132 fps instead of 130 fps...lol.
I would strongly advise you to wait until the drivers have matured.....

you wont.
not unless you run at crazy high resolutions. With one GX2 youre probably cpu limited.

Quad SLI needs Kentsfield at 4Ghz+ and a multi-threaded app to show real gains.

Good points you guys...

Quad SLI is available and being used/promoted by many forum members...but not everyone will see much of any gains.

People doing heavy/high IQ gaming on 20.1+ inch widescreen LCD's and highend CPU's are the ones who're gonna benefit the most...but because most "official/comparative" benching is done at either 1024x768 or 1280x1024...there isn't quite the CPU horsepower available right now to really show the benefits to something like Quad SLI unless you ARE gaming at ridiculous res's with all game IQ/AA/AF cranked up.

My phase change will arrive this next week. I plan to push my FX-62 to around 3.4 at -30 to -40 Deg.

I have my C3 memory clockedjust about right. I plan on making a post soon as the phase change comes in to show all of my benchs. I am still alittle new to the whole thing. But I love this :banana::banana::banana:! and i want to keep benching higher! :P

We shall see what the Quad SLI does... 7950 GTX was ordered 3 hours ago, should arrive on Monday...

Good luck dodging the cold bug.

For quad I think you will need at least phase cooled Conroe for benching and then pick and choose your benches. It will be nice to see the cpu hit at bench resolutions when these are finally done.
