Well I just finally got around to fixing up an old freezer room condensing plant and spec'ed the compressor (See attachment) Needless to say it is a beast with matching condenser :D Should I just use it for a walk in freezer or make some stupidly over powered plant out of it?

hehe Ironically thats exactly what it WAS doing at the restaurant that gave it to me lol that and food, the big ars Copland was doing the freezer! I've yet to spec it up and do the rebuilding it needs (Well more just cleaning, painting and an oil Change).
Build a monster DD with 3 heads and use a special blend.

Just for the fun make the all-in-one wonder machine. Cools computer, beer, and room. Maybe a small mini fridge compartment for sandwiches etc.
