Well for overclockers the Epox is really a nice board. The MSI won´t work for you, it has trouble with vCore over 1.6 (instant reboot no matter what) and sometimes it goes in a deep coma (when overclocking it smoothly and restarting), that´s just two of the issues it has. But the MSI board is really nice for people who are looking for a stable and rich platform, it has serial ports (really usefull for programing), it features Firewire (something the Epox doesn´t have) and it´s completely passive for the guys who are not friends of fans.

That MSI mobo sucks.... (well, maybe with a better bios things can be different), I'm testing it right now and I had the same problems as JF
