I have been reading about distilled water. I just want to walk into a store and buy a few gallons. The question is,,, who sells the best distilled water. I know some people say they are all the same but some places filter better than others.

I was told Albertsons has the best but I can't verify that. I was told they use multiple filtration systems to create their distilled. Is there any forum or data someone can link me to that will verify this?

I just want to reduce the probability of milky water when I do my first watercooling setup. I'm still in the researching and buying phase so I have time.

I also was told to stay away from Wal-Mart distilled water. Maybe they are all just pulling my chain but I just don't know.

Nothing personal...but you are kidding...right?
Distilled water is distilled water is distilled water. Find the cheapest stuff, and go with it. All you pay for is the spiffy labeling on it. Even in the lab when we use DI, we buy the cheapest stuff at hand.

Just my $0.02

I have used 1L bottles of Sterile Water for Iraggation (you can get it at a pharmacy or a store that sells wound supplies). Add a bottle of swiftech green stuff and your are good to go. I ran it in a closed loop for 1year with out any growth or yuckyness.

if u read the stickeis u will know that a whole bottle is TOO too much

just use 1/4 of the bottle which si more than enough to stop Algae growth
