On the first goal, 4 german defenders just stood there doing nothing. They didn't charge Pirlo who had the ball, and they didn't stop the slooow pass he made to Grosso. Instead, they relied on their idle teammates to do the work, and with that attitude, the Germans watched the ball go into the back of the net. I rooted for Germany, so it's sad to have seen that. All the German players are very young, maybe when they return 4 years from now, they'll have some more experience.
