Apparently there are two YY cubes... one is "mini" ie: 13"x13"x17".
The other is full size (not sure how big). It comes with wheels.
Is the mini YY-cube a bit too small?

I have only seen one version which is 13.5" Wide x 17.8" Deep x 14" Tall . Would that be the full size? It isnt much bigger.

Is this for the computer + WC or just the WC to make this case an external watercooling box that would connect with your PC tower?

I would think to fit everything inside the case.

What exactly is a dremel? I once used a jigsaw to cut plexyglass and it was very hard.

A dremel is a rotary tool. There are several attachements, such as sanding heads, cutting heads, etc...
