i have a EP-8k3a+ and right around 196 FSB in 3dmark there r fragments EVERYWHERE it will run the test but there is so many fragments that it slows it way down..i tried putting it down to 2x in my bios but did not help..is there anyway i can eliminate the agp tearing or is there nothing i can really do?

i can run 175x13 on default voltage 1.6

and 211 FSB at 1.67 volts..thats crazy..makes my pc run nice and cool :)

I get the same problem in Drag high
You can try raising your AGP voltage to 1.6 (might help, probably not), try switching to 40.72 (happens less than with 40.52).

Then run Rivatuner, open up the Power User tab. Where it says and browse till it says LODbias, give it a value of 15.

Then open the d3d settings and change it to 6. (Nature runs best at 3.1, Drag likes 12) 6 is a happy medium (nature has huge weight remember). Since it processes fewer angles and textures, it doesn't stress the mem buffer as much and cuts down on artifacts.

Of course this only applies if your using an nvidia. I don't know ATI well enough.

BTW, a voltmod on VGADDR and VGACore helps alot. Xbitlabs has good guides if you can't find one on Xtremesystems.
