Right now im using this hsf http://www.dynatron-corp.com/products/cpucooler/cpucooler_model.asp?id=11
i get 40-45c running at stock speed and oc to 2.3ghz. Can some one recommend a better hsf or a water cooling setup. and where to buy. thanks

Welcome :)
For a new heatsink, i recommend the slk-800 or even the slk-900. The former takes up to an 80mm fan and the latter can handle a 92mm fan, so you can move a lot of air across it with less noise ;) the only problem with the 900 is that it needs mounting holes on your mobo. So I say pick one of those two and a fan that moves a lot of air at a noise level you can handle. Good luck :)
P.S.: You might want to slap some active cooling on that northbridge too. I just duct taped a small 40mm fan onto the top of that passive heatsink and it seems to be helping.
