Is the D975XBX the only mobo that lets you use unlocked multipliers?

I have an E6600 ES and want to know if any motherboards other than the XBX will let me change the multiplier.

the other boards will let you use the unlocked multis for sure. why wouldnt they?

Rev 5 ES (B1 step) do not have upwards unlocked multipliers and you can only unlock them with the ITK which only works on the Intel board.
