Many manufactures (DFI/Asus/Gigabyte) promised 965 boards will be available late June, with wide availability by mid-July.

They on the boat now .. it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to make it to retail .. give it time :)

July 5th is the first ETA at Ingram. Depending on the retailer it could be a few days or a few months after that.

I DO know for a fact that certain distributors will have them IN STOCK on 7/3/06 for the E6300 & E6400 and 7/05/06 for the E6600, E6700, & X6800. I was told that they will be SHIPPED out of the distributor on Intels Official Release Date. I tried setting up a group buy like I am doing over at EOCF but I don't have enough posts here and some people thought it was a scam. Oh well, I have been a longtime member of EOCF but a newer member over here at XS and understand the rules.

I think you're talking about the same distributors we use, and you might want to call and confirm. I talked to the Intel rep at IM today, and they are not guaranteeing anything until Week 36. Take that for what it's worth.
