Finally a 3rd party app to read Abit uGURU sensor chip

Well finally the 1st 3rd party app to be able to read Abit's uGURU sensor has appeared. Everest Ultimate Edition 2.81.618 beta build has proper working sensors for Abit's uGURU chip!
