just 1 # difference .. AW8D (no support) and AW9D gets support :(
At least this ones looks about the same .. i hope abit can come back .. i realy liked their boards back in the day.

Also kinda strange that abit would make a big deal about the AW8D on their website, knowing that its worthless in just over a month. Give us some credit abit .. :nono:

hey silver there is a reason i linked to the techreport site. linking pics like that is frowned on. host it or remove it plz.
the only things that really bother me about the aw9 is the locaction of that 4pin molex plug and the floppy connector under the pci slot.

Image now hosted (i usually do, was in a hurry).
I like where the 4Pin Power connector is .. its better than having it over more and having it get in the way of the heatsink. On my A8N-SLI, its just a pain to get out becuase the HS is almost totally covering it.
As for the floppy, I havn't used one for years, i'd say keep it out of the way.. Also if you really need it .. loop the cable under the board and having it come out near the middle (just need a long cable), I've done that for a couple clients, works great.
