13k 3dMark2001 SE

I want to reach 13K in the 3dMark2001 SE. My specs are:

1700+ JIUHB 0302 @ 2.21 GHz (1.95 V)
8K3A+ @ 185 MHz FSB
256 MB PC2700 @ 370MHz (2.6V) [2.0-3-5-3]
Chaintech G4 Ti4200 64MB (300/594)

So far this is my max stable :D . Want to reach 2.3 or 2.4 GHz. Any suggestions?

lower mult up fsb put more voltage in your ram so you can do 2-2-5-2

gotcha....after a little work i got the fsb to 200. i lowered the multi's. to 11. anything above that would not work even if i upped the voltage to 2.1V :eek: as for the memory, i cant get it to boot with 2-2-2-5 timing even @ 3V. At 2-3-3-5 however it can run all the way to 440 MHz (almost stable). Need better memory though. any suggestions?

My 8RDA+ would have been here by now but it got backordered :(


PS....still cant hit 2.3GHz :(

Which detonators are you using?
There are some significant gains (or losses) to be had with that.
Also, are these clocks on your vid card the max? They seem not that high to me.

eh.......my drivers are 42.90....my card cant go to the max because my GPU fan died :( ....doesnt that suck. I am getting a new one on monday. When i do....its getting maxed out :D

You might want to try the 40.52. They are the fastest I have tested in 2k1. I got probably a 200 point increase using them instead of the 40.72s or newer. Also, which OS are you suing? Win2k sp3 will score higher than windows xp on an AMD system.

I just barely hit my 13K mark w/ my setup. I want to upgrade to an ATI 9700 Pro though. I will raise the FSB once the cpu is burned in more.
