I'm wondering can skype PC->Telephone calls be traced? when I call some one sky the area code is like 000 looks crazy. If they had to could they some home find out an IP address from that crazy phone # it leaves when it calls?

by performing a traceroute, dns lookup, or a host of other options related to IP's, MAC addressses and the rest of the way the internet works at the moment.
