Doing the near impossible, giving conroe/x1900XTX crossfire users a beatdown.
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 ES @ 3935MHz, 1.5875v (AM3 = 3950)
Intel D975XBX Bad Axe 0908 BIOS, chipset 1.65v
2x 1GB G.Skill DDR2 800 @ 437MHz 3-3-3-10, 2.2v
2x eVGA 7900 GT @ 06=760/975, 05=750/1000, 01=750/990, AM3 = 750/975, vmod 1.55v, vmem 2.15v
OCZ GameXStream 700w
Windows XP Professional SP2
Swiftech Storm CPU, 2x Maze4 GPU
These are only prelim results for 05/06, i know I can take it higher.

My source is confidential unless he gives me permission to tell...
But thanks :)
always nice to see AM3 near 200k - hope you'll get the last points :toast:
nice 3DM05/06 as well - any '01?
nice GT's you have there :slobber:

Throw som ice in the wather for those 7900 GT´s :D
What is cpu cooled with?

Lots of awesome hardware you got there  are those GSkill the PC6400 HZ? If so week 0605 or are they earlier ones? They look nice, I was looking at those for my upcoming Conroe system
CompGeek
06-22-2006, 12:05 PM
Unsure what week they are... but they're that $200 pair, yeah :)

Cool stuff, 21K with far from the hotest hardware :toast:
What cooling?
Could you run 01?
7900GT SLi does not look that bad anymore :D
CompGeek
06-22-2006, 12:07 PM
CPU is cooled with a swiftech storm CPU block
Man, if I had sub-zero cooling... let's not go there. This is pure water, not chilled or anything, just ambient.

yeahhhh '01 here we go - really nice one. You definitly need a phase :D

Whats the deal with the drivers?
I know Im probably over looking something obvious, but whats special with his drivers?
CompGeek
06-22-2006, 12:35 PM
Im using them on an Intel 975 chipset mobo.

Ahhhh, I see.
See, exactly what I said, overlook something so obvious.
Anyways, good job and keep the scores coming.
Hopefully these drivers arent far from official release or at least widely available, unless Im wrong again about that.
CompGeek
06-22-2006, 12:45 PM
very wrong, they arent from nvidia, nvidia is trying to stop this being possible... last thing we need is to have these publicly available.

Yea I cant wait to get the Intel hardware to test my drivers out.
Anyways nice mem clock, mine dont seem to respond to higher voltage like yours. My mem would only run at 939 no matter how much voltage.
But my core clock was also around 770 so that might have something to do with it.
If its not too much, I would like to see some single card action. I got 12.2k in 05. And I know you are going to beat it but I just want to see how much the improvement is with Conroe.
Nice score, though. Very nice.

nice one there....
the gpu speed (on 1.55v) could run @ 770+ on 125+ pcie freq... that should add your score...

109 is the max available on the bad axe

New 06 score... smashed into the top 3 on hwbot (surrounded by x1900 crossfire rigs  )

ahaha compgeek you cease to amaze me man, those scores are bewilderingly amazing with those two GT's, i think its funny that your only about a 1k points of kingpin for the 06 record and he used GTX's
keep pushing both and you'll be right there with him ;)
amazing scores again btw

I need to really up my VCore to 1.65-1.7
It's just... that requires soldering, at the moment, if anything were to happen to my card, I could get an RMA... if I knew for sure I had good memory i wouldnt mind, but I had issues with it in the beginning and Im not sure if my cards arent slightly defective.

Wow very nice! Maybe we can duke it out if I decide to go the 7900GT route :)

A little competition would be quite welcome, as I currently have none in the 7900 GT theatre.

Mhm, so do many others. Im topping people with x1900 xfire and conroe... it's not all because I have a conroe like many of you have been trying to imply.

We will see, once more people haver conroe as well.

nice stuff jsut wondering. what W/c parts you have , do all of thise bad axe boards go that high on the FSB?last and not least what what volts on the cpu?
just trying to see where conroe stands for me :). if all boards go that high than ill be fine with the lowest end conroe. if not second lowest.

Swiftech Storm, Maze4 GPUs, DD D5, car heater core
1.575v on the CPU... depending on what I need it to do. 1.6v doesnt help general stability, but suicide / super pi run higher.
The bad axe is guaranteed to do 433FSB
CompGeek
06-23-2006, 05:28 PM
@ 2.19v on the mem I was able to run through AM3 @ 780/1060, albeit, with the same resulting score.

ok cool thanks. sorry about the volts question should looked at the first post. now 1.575 seems pretty high im more [H] than Xtreme. so ill be taming the volts down a bit:) .Mind telling me what volts you need to hit around the 3ghz area? and 433 thats great! thanks for all.
CompGeek
06-24-2006, 07:47 AM
I can hit 3.3-3.5GHz on stock voltage.

06-24-2006, 07:51 AM
holy moly.............maybe the lower end ones will require some Volts bumping for that speeds. and thanks for hte 2 minute response you must be eye like a hawk :)
Driver? what driver??? whats special about which driver?
( pardon the noob question )

I think the thing special is that he is using a 7900GT SLI setup on an Intel Chipset based motherboard.
