Hmm.. what's a safe 24/7 vcore for Conroe and 65nm?? I know for A64 dual core a lot of people recommend 1.55 or less, what about these?

Good scores, 4 Ghz is sweeet. Can you do a suicide shot just for fun? I am curious to see what will give out first, the chip or the board.

CompGeek

I think its the board because Im hitting a wall in the 4050MHz area, it will freeze up even after I've run Super PI at higher speeds.

CompGeek-think the 6700 will do any better on air than the 6600 from what we have seen? Never imagined the 6600 would fare this well! Heats not much of a issue from what I've seen.
Im just trying to decide which, I know we have a lot of time left still. :)
CompGeek
06-20-2006, 05:39 PM
No idea, have not had the good fortune to acquire a 6700. I would assume the 10x multi would be a +, beyond that... your guess is as good as mine.
