I've heard good things about ShinEtsu 571 under phase change.

Well i reconmend artic alumini and i run down to -82c on one of my evaperators with out any problems.the only problem i have seen with as3 is it gets waxy like after it runs real cold for a while.where artic alumini looks like the day you used it after a while of use.

I have better results with ASII then with Arctic Alumina.
With my Prom and AA I had 20 degrees difference between evaporator and CPU diode, after useing ASII it decrease to 10 degrees.
The problem is that I changed AXP1600+ to 1700+(JIUHB) and results couldn't be compared :(
