which slots are the RAM in?

sorry to ask but are all 4 power connectors plugged in?

just try it with the basics :

With the board out the case
install cpu and hsf
install 1 stick of RAM
and attach power leads etc
boot up outside of case to see if you can get into bios

if u can get into bios add the second stick of RAM see if you can get into bios

if yes put the board into the case and carry on as normal...if it doesnt get into bios once board is in case then something is shorting...

if you cannot get into bios with the board out of the case its one either the cpu, RAM, board...

what psu do u have?
