I can vouge for it Althes :). Foxconn is a kick-ass board and was very easy and effortless to get it up and running. It was a benching demon and now I have it setup as my daily with dual raided raptors and one 7900gtx, and its really quick and great for gaming as well. Be sure to play around with the diff mem settings/timings of the memory in bios, as you can get nice boost in system power by spending some time and trying out ALL of those settings.
Which ram are you going to use with it? The board really shined with the new "SLI ready" corsair dimms. I also tried some patriot d9 modules, but had trouble with running the lowest latencies with them (3-3-3-3-5-1T). Alot of nice choices now for high binned d9 mems though.
Be sure to cool the big black sink nearest the socket..it can get pretty hot when pushing it.

I read a few reviews on this board, and all seem to point to this board having excellent OC options, but not really delivering on the high HTT, so no high 400+ at 1:1.

every result I seen from this board, has always been higher ratios, and lower HTT speeds...

I want to see high 1:1 ability in a board, before taking a chance on a odd company.
cause I know, DFI is just a few weeks away from thier lanparty AM2 boards...

Right on Kunaak, DFI's rarely dissapoint that's for sure. I am sure it will be a dandy.
My 1:1 results were on Par with OPP's, but to be honest I didn't test high htt that much. For me, it was all about highest frequencies with the LL's possible. Most everyone knows what's up with coldbug and how it effects htt when going for biggest overclocks/lowest temps. I needed DDR816 with 3-3-3-5-1T trc=12 for best system power in benchmarks. With the right DStrengths and chipvolt settings, the Foxconn straight up delivered. It can actually run ddr 820+ at those timings, but coldbug slams hard after ddr816 on this chip and -45c.

Board rocks right now I am at 10*294.
Ram is busted lost 3 sticks today all corsair by the way.
And all 5400 sticks.
