need help. machine_check_exception

i have a computer with msi k8n neo platinum 2 motherboard. 512meg kingston ram, amd 3000 processor, seagate 160 gig hard drive, and i have been getting a machine_check_exception lately. the stop code is
0x0000009C (0x00000004, 0x80545FF0, 0xB2000000, 0x00070F0F)

can any one help me i dont know why it is coming up. nothing new is installed it just started this.

Are you overclocking any? Either its getting too hot, your pushing your CPU clock too far, or your pushing your Memory too far. Possibly even your PciE if your messing with that.
