unstable or driver problems?

i just got a 1600+ unlocked and a freind of mine had this chip at 230fsb now the system spects are in my sig its the 8rda+ setup the ram is overclocksystems 3200 and i can run prime folding and sandra stable looped @190*9 stable overnight synked with the mem but as soon as i try to run 3dmark it will crash sometimes sooner than others. when it crashes it will just kick mem out to the desktop and thats @ just 170*10,9,or 8. so im wondering if its a posible driver problem or is it just that the memory sux? this is realy frushtrating:(

Hey Docyt what mem settings are you using and what vdd are you running ?

I say its the memory. Up the Vmem to the max!

vdim is @2.9(max) and the settings are another strang thing if i try to relax them to 3337 or even 3448 the comp wont even start...oh well i guess that awnsers my question it must be the ram at least it seems hmm... any way the settings run fine @2.5 336 so any guesses.
