RAID and IDE - CPU Usage and Burst READ

Hy everyone!

I have a Shuttle AK35GT2-r (KT333) with RighPoint RAID.

Instaled my Maxtor DiamonMAX 9 7200RPM ATA133 at RAID but my performace is bad!

CPU Usage is righ and Burst Speed is too low.

So them i installed at IDE 133..

CPU Usage still high but Burst READ rise ..

I have WindowsXP SP1 installed and HighPoint 2.34 Drivers.. VIA 4in1 4.45 Hyperion ..

Anyone can help me? (sorry for my bad english :D)
