I really don't know anything about editing images / graphics etc and generally :banana::banana::banana::banana: at that kind of stuff :(

Is it possible to "de blur" this screenshot I don't know what the word is but it’s been blurred intentionally and I want to see it.

Unblurring an image is probably the only thing you can not do in photoshop. He shrunk the image then blurred it which makes it harder.

Why do you need that NetStumbler screen so bad? :D

you can try and play with photoshop filters such as sharpen smart blur and some other denoiser, but you won´t be able to remove the amount of blur you´re showing on the picture, these filters would work with slighty blurred images only.
