Serves this to Me? ...I don´t know how to weld it, because it has 3 parts to weld. As you can verify I do not have nor electronics idea jeje

I don't understand what's your question. Is it how do you solder it, or where?

If that's the spot - you solder a leg at the side and the middle one. Cut off the third leg. Then you rotate it to the highest position and power on. Slowly start rotating and measure the vgpu, until desired voltage is seen.

yes, that is the question -> how do you solder it?
The other question is if this variable resistor serves to me.

no, thats a potentiometer to use it as a Variable resistor you only use the middle leg and 1 other ok?
