Server issue or a router problem...?

I get loads and loads of connection timeouts lately, is it a server issue or is it some router which cause those timeouts?

Power the router down, and back on...
if that dont fix it,

Restart DNS service on server

Everything is fine on my end and this is the only forum/site which gives me the issue... If it's not me nor the server then I guess it's a bad hop from my location..

for me, i find that this forum is down almost every day for 6-8 hours for the last week or so.
