They hit the nail on the head. Those Asus or Abit's are the best.

P4P800-SE
P4P800-E Deluxe
P4C800 series
ABIT IC7 series
all allow ~1.9V @ Northwood

IS7-E2 is bulls**t for OC ... with Prescott goes no more than 275MHz FSB ever on water ... :(

If you`re thinking of getting -> S775 - don`t even think of P5P800-SE (it`s bad for OC), get "regular" P5P800

if need be at a later time you can upgade the cpu to dothan by getting a ct-479. that is if you got the p4p800's or p4c800's

Epox 4PDA2 - had this board, imo better than the ones listed above!
Got my P2.4c to 3.3ghz!
And the thing i liked about it was i could feed my bh5 3.3v without mods!
Can't recommend the P4P800. I have a 227Mhz FBS wall with it.

Abit AI7 can supply 3.2v with out mods, i know a lot of people that chose the AI7 over the epox. I dont know why, I never saw reviews of the epox board.

Modded P4C800-E Deluxe can give up to 3.7V :D

ABIT IC7 Max 3 and ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe were the best ones IMO.

I have a P4P800-E Deluxe. It overclocks pretty well but the options are not as advanced as i'd like them to be.
My cousin has a Albatron PX865 Pro though which supports up to 1066 MHz FSB.
And the overclocking options in the BIOS are amazing.
I can really recomment that one.

Yours -SE... I have the normal one.
I have a Northwood 2.8Ghz with OCZ PC3500 Memory. Memory was tested at 242Mhz (DDR494) and CPU tested at 242Mhz too on another board. (probably memory can go higher)
This P4P800 just hit a wall at 227Mhz..
I get GFX artifact over 225Mhz. but CPU is rock solid. (AGP is fixed)
228Mhz won't even post.
So I run it at 224Mhz nearly 12 hours a day, with temps of 28C-50C... rock solid... strange isn't it ?
Asus p4c800-e deluxe & Abit IC7-max3
This is the truth.
