will a presler boot up on a p5ld2 with bios 603?

oddly specific question, but i thought i should ask before i tried.
none of the newer bioses work on my board, so i was wondering if i could get it to work with 603. anyone ever try? lot of p5ld2 users here.

What do you mean none of the newer BIOS work on your board?
Instability
Wont Flash
Wont load windows

i get the message "usb device over current status detected : system shutdown in 15 seconds" with bios 901 and every bios after that one, and i came to the conclusion there is no solution to this other than flashing back to 603.
i unplugged all the usb cables from the back of my thermaltake case, still same error message.

How about fresh XP install? Sounds like a windows driver problem. Do a repair install of XP. Or a fresh install to an old HDD to test.

Cant remember whic BIOS my P5LD2 came with but it was old, installed a 920 it booted I flashed to latest BIOS then Installed XP.

i mean, i cant even get into the bios, it wont let me do anything, im so pissed off
